APG SSCF program graduates eighth class

Nine graduating fellows received Senior Staff College Fellowship Program diplomas during a ceremony in the Myer Auditorium at APG North (Aberdeen) May 23, 2017. The ceremony celebrated the completion of the 10-month program of study focused on leadership and acquisition.

The event was attended by more than 100 friends, family members, SSCF alumni, and distinguished guests.

Ceremony participants included keynote speaker, Maj. Gen. Kirk Vollmecke, Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors; event host Darlene Urquhart, Associate Dean of Academics, Capital and Northeast Region, Defense Acquisition University; Jennifer Cottingham, Regional Director, National Capital Region, Webster University, a member of the official party on the stage, and emcee Jim Oman, director, of the APG SSCF Program. The SSCF program graduates included Lareina Adams, Stephen Conley, Michael Danhires, Brian DeBiase, Jerry Harper, Phillip Minor, Graciano Nikolich, Jonathan Reiner, and James Shillingford.

In addition to the SSCF requirements, Harper completed an additional five core courses to earn a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
