APG POOLS NOW OPEN
The APG North (Aberdeen) Olympic Pool and the APG South (Edgewood) Bayside Pool open for recreation weekend swim starting Saturday, May 27th. Weekend swim hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. through June 11. Full operational hours begin Monday, June 12 and run through Aug. 25.

SRC COUNSELING SERVICE
Through a special partnership, counseling services through the City of Aberdeen Vet Center for active duty service members, veterans and their families are available on a limited basis at the APG SHARP Resource Center. Available services include individual, group, marital, family, bereavement and sexual trauma counseling. Behavioral Health Care Services, or BHCS, at Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic is offering new Couples Counseling known as “The Sound Relationship House” which focuses on creating shared goals, commitments, managing conflicts and more. BHCS at KUSAHC offers a variety of counseling services, crisis intervention and referral assistance to active duty service members, military retirees and their families. BREAKING THE SILENCE SUPPORT GROUP

Are you an APG Soldier or civilian nearing retirement from government service? Consider participating in the monthly Installation Retirement Ceremony. Hosted the last Thursday each month (except in November and December when hosted the first Thursday of the month) by the APG Garrison, the event includes awards and decorations provided to retirees and their spouses. Photo discs are mailed to each retiree four to six weeks after the ceremony. All Soldiers and civilians are eligible to participate, regardless of unit or organization.
