Harford Boulevard & Rodman Road; 4 p.m. Events to include: a holiday parade through Patriot Village, festive music and carolers, the lighting of the official installation holiday tree and a special visit from All installation personnel and their families are invited to attend. Parade starts at 4 p.m.; Retreat and the arrival of Santa at 5 p.m. Remarks, music, hot cocoa and cookies, and general merriment at 5:15 p.m. Lighting of the tree at 5:50 p.m.

APG South (Edgewood) Recreation Center, E1902; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CYS has established a Parent Advisory Board (PAB) that represents all of our programs. We encourage you to attend if you have a child that is currently enrolled in any program that we offer. Any CYS family who has a child enrolled in a full-time CYS program will receive 2 Parent Participation Points for their attendance. Patrons are free to bring their own lunch if desired.

DECEMBER 27-29 – 4-H/ARMY CYS BABYSITTING COURSE

Bldg. 2503; 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Ages 13-18. Free. Registration required. Class to familiarize participants with all the responsibilities of babysitting as well as certifying the participant in CPR/First Aid. Students will receive a certificate of completion as well as their CPR /First Aid cards, fire safety, child abuse awareness, and medication training. WEDNESDAYS – ULTIMATE FRISBEE OPEN PLAY

Shore Park; 5 to 7 p.m. Ultimate is a limited-contact team field sport played with a frisbee. Points are scored by passing the disc to a teammate in the opposing end zone. Other basic rules imply that players must not take steps while holding the disc (must maintain a pivot) an that interceptions and incomplete passes are turnovers. All levels are invited. DENTAL CLINIC HOURS & TRAINING CLOSURES

The APG North Dental Clinic hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday; Urgent Care, 7 to 8 a.m. The APG South Dental Clinic hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Wednesday; Urgent Care, 7 to 8 a.m. On the first Wednesday of the month both Dental Treatment Facilities close 7 a.m. to noon for standardized training. The APG North Dental Clinic is open for scheduled appointments in the afternoon. On the second Thursday of the month both Dental Treatment Facilities close all day for DENTAC standardized training.
