New exhibit ‘APG as a Catalyst’ opens at Harford Community College

BEL AIR, Md. – APG Garrison Commander Col. James E. Davis shares comments during the “APG As Catalyst: Harford County’s Changing Landscape” exhibit opening Feb. 7, 2017, at the Hays-Heighe House on the Harford Community College campus.

The exhibit, open through the end of May, features a century of changes in Harford County brought on by Aberdeen Proving.

The exhibit opening included a luncheon hosted by HCC President Dr. Dianna G. Phillips and a historical lecture by Jeff Smart, command historian, U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command.
